Prasad Nair

SpecialityHead – Quality & Customer care at GVK Mumbai International Airport Ltd. 

Prasad is currently working as Head – Quality with Mumbai International Airport Ltd.  He is responsible for driving quality and business excellence initiatives and responsible for measuring and managing customer experience. 

Prasad’s most recent assignment before joining Mumbai Airport was with Tata Capital Ltd, Mumbai, where he was driving the implementation of Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) at Tata Capital Ltd.  Prior to that he worked with Reliance General Insurance, were he was heading Quality & Knowledge Management.  He was spearheading the ISO 9001 certification and setting up process centric work methods at Reliance.  He also has work experience in the healthcare quality and accreditation process.

He is a Physics graduate from the University of Calicut. Also, he has a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and currently pursuing Executive PG Diploma in Organization Development and Change, from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.  He is a lead auditor in ISO 9001:2000 standard and also a trained professional in Six Sigma methodology.  He has over 22 years of experience with some of the leading companies in India.
